Matured in first-fill ex-sherry Oloroso butts sourced from renowned bodegas in Jerez, it carries fresh orchard fruit, honeyed malt and citrus zest on the nose, with the seasoned sherry wood bringing dried fruit, warm spice and subtle oak to the palate.

Falkland Whisky is rooted in Fife, the birthplace of Scotch whisky — distilled and bottled just 200 yards from Falkland Palace, where King James IV first called upon Friar Jon Cor to make the "water of life" in 1494.
