Tasting Note

Tropical notes of pineapple, granadilla and litchi on the nose are followed by vibrant hints of crisp green apple and blackcurrant on the palate, with a lingering freshness. An ideal companion for fresh seafood, salads, or any summery alfresco fare.

In the Vineyard

These grapes are from low-yielding vines on two of our highest slopes, one facing south, the other south-west, cooled by Atlantic Ocean breezes off False Bay. Both vineyards are trellised and one is dryland.

In the Cellar

Fermented in stainless steel tanks, then left on fine lees for further development before stabilization, filtration and bottling.
