Tasting Note

This inaugural vintage is from a block planted in 2019. The Chardonnay displays an intricate spectrum of flavours from spiced tropical fruit and flint on the nose, to buttery pastry and preserved lemon on the palate, tied together by a lingering creamy mouthfeel.
