Limited production of only 1000 bottles.

At the time of sampling after 12 months in barrel we chose the best performing barrels of the 2019 vintage, and aged the
wine for a further 14 months.

Cultivar:

• 65% Cabernet Sauvignon
• 33% Cabernet franc
• 1% Merlot
• 1% Petit Verdot

Tasting notes:

• Concentrated rich fragrant fruit, with hints of Cedar and Tabacco
• Sweet & ripe dark forrest fruit on the pallette
• Burst of minerality that leads into savory and mouth-drying tannon
• Seemless French oak integration
• Enjoy with braised lamb shoulder with fennel and orange

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and cold soaked for 7 days at 11˚C
• Fermentation over 8 days with 5 punch downs a day
• 9 days post-ferment maceration

Oaking regime:
24 months in 66% New and 34%
in Second fill French Oak.
