Raats Eden High Density Single Vineyard Cabernet Franc 2023 is crafted from 100% Cabernet Franc grown in the Polkadraai Hills of Stellenbosch. The wine is produced from an extremely low-yielding single vineyard rooted in decomposed dolomite granite soils, giving it remarkable concentration, purity, and linear elegance. Fermentation includes 20% whole bunch, spontaneous fermentation, extended cold soaking, and very gentle extraction, followed by maturation in new and neutral French oak.
