Description
Grape varieties: A blend of Grenache blanc, Vermentino, Viognier and Roussanne.
Terroir: As the selected vines are planted in Miocene sands and limestone scree of altitude 200 for 450 metres, they are subject to a wide range of temperatures over
the day which gives the wine its freshness.
Tasting
Colour: pale yellow hue with bright reflections.
Nose: expressive aromas of white flowers (jasmine), peach and exotic fruit.
Palate: rich and balanced with plenty volume and a zingy, saline finish.
Recommended food pairing: paired with shrimps or a fresh goat’s cheese salad.
Ageing potential: 2-3 years.
