Cultivar:

• 100% Viognier

Tasting notes:

• Rich and aromatic. Ripe pineapple, pear, infused with floral notes and citrus
• mouthfeel viscous, subtly oaked, almost Chardonnay like flavours
• The perfect wine with Asian Curries and Lamb Apricot Tagine

Winemaking notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and refrigerated for 24 hours
• Fermentation over 12 days with a red wine yeast at temperatures of ±14˚C

Oaking regime:

• 58% fermented and aged in new 225L French oak for 6 months
• 42% fermented and aged in stainless steel for 6 months
