Tasting notes:

• Made 100% from grapes from the farm
• Crispy, bold and spicy
• You can taste red berries, grapefruit and subtle hints of fennel.
• It is well balanced and perfect for warm spring and summer evenings.

Winemaking Notes:

• Harvested early in the morning and are crushed straight away
• Allowed to sit on the skins for no longer than one hour to reduce extraction of tannins and colour
• After that they are immediately pressed off
• Cultivars are fermented together at 16°C for 14 days in a stainless steel tank
