Pagos 2023 takes its name from the vineyard plots of Jerez and was developed in partnership with Bodegas Fundador. It is Hampden's sherry-cask statement: a pure single Jamaican rum matured entirely in oloroso-seasoned casks, creating a profile that folds the estate's bright esters into deeper notes of rancio, dried fruit and nuttiness.
