Clase Azul Ultra is the house's rarefied extra añejo expression, presented in a striking black decanter adorned with platinum, silver and 24-karat gold. Official notes describe sherry, dried plum, raisin, ripe apricot, brown sugar, clove, cinnamon, cacao and oak on the nose, followed by dried plum, cinnamon, cacao, clove, hints of tobacco and a long finish of dried plum and caramelised walnut on the palate.
