Clase Azul Mezcal Durango is made from cenizo agave, a plant endemic to the semi-arid highlands of Durango in northern Mexico. Official tasting notes describe cooked agave and tejocote pulp with hints of smoke and fresh rosemary on the nose, followed by an herbal palate with lemon peel and charred agave and a long, subtly spiced smoky finish.
