Description
A medium-bodied Pinotage from old vines planted in 1974, with some fruit from younger 2019 plantings, grown in the cool, sea-influenced hills of Bot River. Fermented in open concrete with gentle punch-downs for a restrained, dark-fruited style rather than the heavier, jammy Pinotage some expect.
