Tasting Note

This Italian cultivar (Vermentino, also known as Rolle) is a rare find in South Africa, but it's certainly a wine that exudes the flair of Baccō's Tuscan heritage. Exotic aromas and tastes abound, from daffodil and sea spray to stone fruit and mineral inflections. A soft touch of oak adds complexity.
